Political Asylum

Qualifying applicants may obtain Employment Authorization and
may legalize their stay in The United States. It is
intended for immigrants fleeing political, religious, racial
persecution.

Relative Petitions

|
Certain relatives of Citizens and Permanent Residents of The
United States (spouses, children, parents and siblings) may
become the beneficiaries of an Alien Petition. The
successful outcome of this process would be Permanent Residence
in the U.S.

Adjustment of Status
(I-485)
|
The final step in the legalization process for qualifying
applicants.
|
|
Fiance(é) Visas
(I-129F)
|
An UNMARRIED U.S. Citizen may file for his/her fiance(ée)
abroad. The beneficiary would be allowed to enter the
United States within a estimated 90 day period, after which the
intended marriage ceremony may take place, allowing for the
beneficiary to file for Adjustment of Status and obtain
Permanent Resident Status.

Suspension of Deportation

The possibility of obtaining Permanent Resident Status
through seven or ten year uninterrupted physical presence in the
United States and the ability to prove that deportation or
exclusion would result in hardship. The final
determination may be rendered administratively or by an
immigration judge.

on a pre-established period of Permanent Residence in this
