- What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), money orders and checks.
- Do we need to have an appointment to talk to one of your representatives?
NO. You don't need to have an appointment to talk to one of our consultants or tax preparers during the office hours. But we see clients on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- What if I can't visit your office due to conflict of my working hours, what can i do?

- I can't speak any English, are there any translators present in your office?
Most of our employees are fluent in Engligh, Spanish and Filipino. If you need help with other languages, you can bring a friend or relative as an interpreter, or we can arrange for one from our pool of interpreters for you.
